Meet Your Instructors
Bianca Bramham has been there, done that, and learned what really works.
She’s spent her career bringing creative ideas to life, first as an animation producer wrangling teams of animators on commercial projects, and later as an artist manager overseeing thousands of creative jobs.
Originally from Melbourne, she moved to New York in 2016 to set up and lead The Jacky Winter Group’s North American office. With a deep curiosity for the creative process, she’s seen just about every way a project can go right… and wrong, and knows how to best steer it back on course.
Bianca has a knack for untangling complex deliverables, balancing competing priorities, and turning them into clear, actionable workflows. She’s here to share the tools, processes, and real‑world know‑how that can help you run your projects with more clarity, confidence, and calm.
Mae is the Business Manager at The Jacky Winter Group, where she oversees projects, people, and processes across the company. With over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, she has worked with clients, creatives, and brands of all kinds. At JWA, Mae shares this knowledge to help creatives build the systems and skills that keep projects running smoothly.
She believes that good project management is as much about people as it is about process. She loves supporting others to grow their skills and confidence, and she is never far from a spreadsheet, her favourite tool for keeping projects on track.
